There'll be Pupils' Discos run by the PTA, on Thursday June 28th, provided there are enough adult helpers.

4.15-5.15 pm for P1-3, and 5.30-7.00 pm for P4-7. Tickets £1, pay at the door.

This follows the PTA Summer Fayre on Friday evening, June 8th, which made still more money for PTA funds.

The Fayre on Friday evening was an experiment, to make things easier for the many parents and children who have other things on on Saturdays.

Turnout was good, despite the rain showers, and the weather was still better than on Saturday, when it poured down.

At the end of the night, the PTA had made a profit of over £710 - not bad for 2 hours work!

There's now over £3,600 in the bank, again not bad, considering the account was emptied last year with equipment purchases for the school.

Thanks again to the volunteers who helped set up and run the Fayre and take it down afterwards.
